- Orders over $49.00 qualify for FREE shipping. Orders under $49.00 have a flat rate shipping charge of $12.00
All items are drop shipped directly from the manufacturer.
- We ship to the contiguous 48 states.
- Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii is extra. Please call for a quote before making your purchase.
Artcraft and S&C brands can also be shipped to Canada with no extra duties, taxes, or brokerage fees. The same shipping rates as above apply.
We do not offer International shipping other than that stated above.
Items are shipped via UPS or Fedex Ground. We cannot ship via USPS. We cannot ship to a PO Box.
All items are shipped insured.
Heavy items or large orders are shipped freight.
You will be notified by email when your item ships along with a tracking number.

- Damaged Merchandise
- We understand that a product may get damaged in transit or on occasion, there may be a manufacturer defect. We will do everything we can to rectify the situation in a timely manner at no expense to you. You can help us out by inspecting your item immediately upon receipt and providing us with the details of the damage. On most occasions, replacement parts can be shipped out within days of your notification. Just give us a call and we'll take care of it for you.
- No Hassle Returns & Exchanges
- Blue Marble Lighting offers returns and exchanges without a restocking fee. You may return an item that is in new condition, has not been installed, used, or modified and has the original packaging. The item may be returned at your expense within 30 days of receipt. Any additional shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds are usually issued within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise. A RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION NUMBER MUST BE OBTAINED BY CALLING 847-669-9355 PRIOR TO RETURNING ANY MERCHANDISE.
*PLEASE NOTE* Returns made without a Return Merchandise Authorization Number, sent to the wrong warehouse, or received after the 30 day window will not be accepted and a refund will NOT be issued.
You assume responsibility if the item is lost or damaged in shipment. No credits will be issued for products shipped by you, but not received by us, or received in damaged condition.
